Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working with a client in the energy sector who are recruiting for an Experienced Bid Writer to drive forward effective bid management as part of their contract winning activity.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Identifying all tender opportunities by monitoring procurement portals/frameworks for opportunities and general market intelligence.
2. Overseeing the distribution of bid information, co-ordination of the process and bringing together disparate information to create a fully cohesive submission.
3. Working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
4. Managing of bid schedules and deadlines effectively, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet submission deadlines and maximize win rates
Qualifications and Skills required
5. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Construction Management, Environmental Science) or equivalent work experience.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
