Supply Chain Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic NPI & ToW Manager to oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) projects within our supply chain operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless transition of new products from development to production, as well as managing the relocation or reallocation of manufacturing processes across suppliers, sites, or regions. The role involves locations such as Bristol and Prestwick (Scotland).
Key Responsibilities
1. Introducing new products (New Product Introduction).
2. Managing Transfer of Work (ToW) or Transfer of Business (ToB) projects via APQP methodology.
3. Leading project milestone reviews.
4. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (Methods, Engineering, Procurement, Programs).
5. Managing non-conformities and deviations in industrial development.
6. Traveling frequently within France and internationally is expected.
What We Are Looking For
1. An engineering degree or master’s in industrial project management.
2. Experience in Supply Chain Quality within aerospace, automotive, or rail industries.
3. Strong knowledge of quality standards and tools.
4. Fluency in English.
