9. Support the whole class and plan/deliver small group sessions outside of the classroom

Personal Specification
13. Degree 2:2 or above (all subjects welcome)
14. Excellent academic background
15. literacy and numeracy skills
16. Ability to use own initiative as well as support class teacher with classroom duties
17. Some experience supporting SEN students would advantageous
18. Experience working in a secondary school
