Job Role
We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to join our team.
This role involves visiting business customers across the region to provide exceptional service and technical assistance.
No prior technical experience is required, as we welcome individuals with excellent customer service, problem-solving, and learning skills.
You will work independently, but with plenty of support from your colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
You will listen carefully to our customers' concerns and carry out some initial troubleshooting.
If there's a simple fix, you'll resolve it on the spot – for example: restarting a router, checking Wi-Fi signal strength, running an extension or moving equipment, showing a customer how to use an app, setting up phone solutions, maintaining our network infrastructure, surveying customer sites including drone surveys.
If you can't easily resolve the issue, you'll escalate it to one of our specialist teams and ensure your customer knows what happens next.
You'll help restore normal service for our customers.
Requirements
No technical background? We welcome individuals with no prior technical experience; however, we're looking for your demonstrable customer service, problem-solving, and learning mindset.
A valid manual UK driving license is essential, and a 90-minute travel requirement is expected.
Beyond that, we seek individuals with natural people skills, a can-do attitude, and enthusiasm to learn – maybe someone their family members rely on for IT support?
