Overall Purpose of the Job:

To oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Construction Manager will coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process for projects in sectors such as airports, sea ports, highways, or industrial sites.

General Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the construction site, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully from start to finish.

* Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.

* Report regularly to senior management and clients on project progress, risks, and issues.

* Develop and manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and quality control reports.

* Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site.
