About the Role As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel—creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Handle guest enquiries in person and over the phone Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Resolve guest queries and concerns promptly with a positive approach Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Maintain a clean and organised front desk area You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple departments, helping you grow into a well-rounded hospitality professional.
