We are currently searching for an Account Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, building positive relationships with clients, and possesses an inherent curiosity for the world of business. The role is perfect if you are excellent at transforming relationships and are driven to enable growth through creative solutions.
Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. You will be based from our Milton Keynes office. The role has a travel remit to meet clients on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide relevant management information as the need arises for effective decision-making.
* Supervise and forecast renewal and new business activity to aid in effective planning and prioritisation.
* Conduct research and collect feedback from the market to progress the development of new products and wordings.
* Seek opportunities to grow the book of business and expand our market presence.
* Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness to support the quoting process.
* Collate and communicate clients' needs to ensure appropriate marketing of the risk.
* Prepare and check market presentations to showcase our offerings.
* Liaise with and advise clients, investigating and resolving queries to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Respond to market and third-party queries as appropriate to maintain strong relationships.
* Produce high-quality market documentation with appropriate authorisations.
* Maintain up-to-date records on the company systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Qualifications
* Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
