Pay Rate: £125 to £175 per day (dependent on experience)

Reeson Education is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a warm and supportive primary school in the heart of M6, Salford. This is a full-time, long-term position for a Year 2 class, perfect for a Primary Teacher who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced classroom environment and is passionate about nurturing young learners.
As the Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons and supporting the development of the class in a variety of ways. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher ready to make a positive impact in a welcoming and inclusive school.
Key Responsibilities for the Primary Teacher:
1. Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Year 2 curriculum.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported and valued.
3. Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
4. Assess and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
5. Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to support pupils' learning and development.
6. Maintain a high standard of classroom management and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
The Ideal Primary Teacher Will:
7. Be an enthusiastic and adaptable practitioner with experience teaching Year 2.
8. Have a passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
9. Be able to build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
10. Be proactive, dedicated, and committed to making a difference in children's lives.
11. Have a flexible approach to teaching and be able to adapt to the varying needs of pupils.
Primary Teacher Requirements:
12. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
13. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
14. Right to work in the UK
15. References covering the last 2-3 years
16. Strong classroom management and teaching experience
