Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role as a Security Service and Small Works Engineer located in Stourbridge. The Engineer will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of a range of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. The role also includes troubleshooting and repairing faults, conducting site visits, and ensuring systems are in full working order to meet customer safety needs. Collaboration with team members and providing exceptional customer service are also key elements of the role.
Qualifications
* Experience with installing and servicing security systems such as intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
* Technical expertise in fault‑finding, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security equipment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Ability to work independently and manage on‑site installations and repairs efficiently
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in security systems installation and maintenance are preferred
* A valid driver’s licence is required, along with the willingness to travel locally
* Previous experience in a similar role within the security industry is an advantage
