Administrator- IMMEDIATE START
Location - Baldock
Hours - 3 days a week 8am-4pm (4-6 weeks cover)
Hourly Rate - £11.44 per hour
Our client based in Baldock is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their busy team on a part time temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have Strong Administration and Excel experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Record tickets from site and cross-check them across invoices
2. Answer incoming calls and provide assistance as needed
3. Utilise strong Excel knowledge to maintain and organise data efficiently
Requirements:
4. Previous administrative experience preferred
5. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
7. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
