Expression of Interest: Funds Lawyer – Leading National Law Firm
We are currently supporting a leading UK national law firm in its strategic growth of a dedicated Funds practice. As part of this initiative, the firm is looking to speak with experienced Funds lawyers who are interested in joining a progressive, collaborative environment with a strong commercial client base.
The team is particularly keen to engage with:
* Funds lawyers with 4+ years’ PQE, preferably with experience in fund structuring, formation, investor-side work, and/or regulatory aspects
* Candidates from top-tier City firms, boutiques, or strong national practices who are seeking greater autonomy and a clearer route to progression
* Individuals with a strong grasp of the UK/EU regulatory environment and a desire to help shape a growing funds offering alongside established corporate and private equity teams
