Supporting the team by preparing reports, issuing letters, and processing payments. Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear information. Contacting customers to discuss their account. Liaising with internal staff and other departments. Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for the team. Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring documents are filed and actioned promptly.
