The Role
* Leading SEND provision across KS3 and KS4
* Overseeing EHCP processes, reviews, and statutory requirements
* Coordinating interventions and support strategies for pupils with additional needs
* Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, families, and external agencies
* Advising and supporting staff on inclusive classroom practice
* Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to whole-school improvement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete within the required timeframe)
* Experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary school setting
* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes
* The ability to lead, influence, and support colleagues effectively
* A calm, organised, and pupil-centred approach
