KS1 Teacher Responsibilities · Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons for KS1 pupils. · Use a range of teaching methods to inspire and motivate children. · Assess, track, and support pupil progress to ensure individual growth. · Contribute to the planning and development of the KS1 curriculum. · Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures curiosity and confidence. · Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. · Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. KS1 Teacher Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject. · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. · Proven experience teaching KS1 pupils in a primary setting. · Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment processes. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to engage and inspire young learners. · Commitment to professional growth and best teaching practice. · Flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
