Join the Nutrition & Dietetics team as a Community specialist dietitian at Medway Community Healthcare. This social enterprise is co-owned by its employees, offering involvement and opportunities to influence key decisions.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work with patients in care homes and in their own homes, supervise junior team members, and contribute to service provision and development.
Responsibilities
* See patients in outpatient clinics, in their own homes, and in care homes.
* Supervise junior staff members and contribute to student training.
* Develop skills in areas such as enteral feeding and gastroenterology.
* Involve in service provision for patients in care homes and in their own homes.
* Support service development and adopt new ways of working.
Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant qualifications and experience to work as a Specialist Community Dietitian within the Medway Community Healthcare team.
* Ability to work as part of a team, show empathy, and support quality care delivery.
* Willingness to develop leadership skills and contribute to ongoing training.
* Enthusiastic, organized, and hardworking with good communication abilities.
