We are looking for a Senior Proposition Analyst with experience in the UK workplace pensions market to help shape our employer proposition. This role sits within Royal London's Workplace Futureprogramme,one of our key strategic priorities and a significant investment focused on strengthening our market position and delivering market-leading experiences for employers,advisersand members.

You will work within a squad, supporting the Product Owner and taking the lead on the design and development of key elements of the employer experience across onboarding, servicing and engagement. Using market insight, customer understanding and strong analytical thinking, you will help define and deliver propositions that meet the evolving needs of employers and contribute to Royal London's growth ambitions.

About the role

• Help shape the design,developmentand delivery of Royal London's future workplace proposition, owning defined areas of proposition development in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Leads the analysis and design of employer journeys and proposition components.
• Deal withacomplex technical and businesslandscapesto ensurethey align toRoyal Londonpropositionsgoals and allow for futureagilityin theworkplace market.
• Champions customer led design to ensure that design thinking principles are applied to new features.
• Takealogicalapproach to problem solving, analysingalloptionsand recommendingthose that are mostoptimal.
• Collaborate with the team,partnersand wider business to shape and clearly communicate the future workplace proposition and its priorities.
• Understands risk responsibilities to support governance processes and regulatory (TPR and FCA) requirements.

About you

• A track recordof driving changes that enhance customer value, from ideation through to market launch, within complex technical environments and in partnership with change functions.
• Experience of developing workplace propositions and administration platforms, withexposure to employer proposition design or employer experience journeys.
• Astrongunderstanding of automatic enrolment and The Pensions Regulator(TPR)requirements would be beneficial.
• Understands trends in the workplace market, particularly, innovation in the retirement market andtheemployer experience.
• Experience of working effectively as part of a cross-functional team, while progressing initiatives autonomously.
• Confident written and verbal communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills across internal and external audiences.
• Shows ownership and accountability, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
