Role: Dispatch Supervisor

Salary: £32,000 per annum
Due to continuous growth, Russell Taylor Group has an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our client's growing team.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the despatch team to meet production and delivery schedules.
* Maintain accurate records of outgoing goods, shipping documentation, and despatch schedules.
* Monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
* Train, support, and motivate despatch operatives, ensuring team targets are achieved.
* Manage inventory and stock rotation to minimise waste and discrepancies.
* Allocate / book completed works orders on ERP system.
* Supervise the packaging of finished goods.
* Interact with team members to resolve problems, suggest improvement methods of working, and provide feedback in performance.
The Person
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of despatch and warehouse procedures.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* IT literate - proficient in MS Office and warehouse/ERP systems.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
