They're a £1bn turnover group. This vacancy would be working for an interesting division of the business that turnover £80m in some incredibly profitable sectors. Their business is split into Minor and Major Works departments. The current turnover is at £70m and they work across education, fit-out, retail, industrial, leisure, hospitality and healthcare sectors across the country following their clients. They invest heavily into their commercial departments across the group. This office has 3 Surveyors and a Senior Surveyor. Your role would be shadowing the Senior Surveyor in the first instance. With a particular immediate focus on new-build leisure centres for David Lloyds.
