Rolling Stock & Modifications: Manage projectsto ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Update Project Plans: Regularly update project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth project execution. Resource & Materials Management: Oversee the procurement and allocation of materials and resources necessary for project completion. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed on project progress and any challenges.
