We offer a wide range of print products, ranging from our print shop services including photocopying, plans, leaflets, posters and banners to large scale print projects of company brochures, folders, playing cards, greeting cards, point of sale and packaging. The RoleWe're looking for a proactive, customer focused Customer Service Assistant to join our busy Digital Print Shop. This role is ideal for someone with experience or a keen interest in digital print or design, with strong IT/ admin skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. Key ResponsibilitiesThe customer service assistant will support the design and digital print shop team with day-to-day tasks related to all types of digital printing and customer enquiries;Provide friendly and efficient customer service and advice via phone, email and in person.Take payment and process orders using our MIS and till systems. Operate digital print machines and large format printers.Create and check artwork files for print readiness.Handle digital print production from estimate to delivery. Assist with finishing and bindery as needed.
