We're looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Sherwood Court. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
About the Role
The post is for 24.50 hours per week
You'll work on a 2-week rolling Rota, including:
1. Evening shifts: 15:00 - 23:00
2. Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)

3. Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes
4. Promoting independence and person-cantered care
5. Working collaboratively with professionals and agencies
6. Treating every person with dignity and respect

Essential:
7. GCSE Grades D$úG in Math's and English or
8. Functional Skills Level 1 in Math's and English
Desirable (but not required):
9. Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
