Job Description
3. Manage project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports related to ongoing projects.
5. Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
6. Support the preparation of project forecasts and financial planning.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits.
8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
9. Identify and resolve discrepancies in project financial data.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Accountant / Management Accountant should have:
11. A strong background in management accounts
12. Proficiency in financial reporting and budget management.
13. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
14. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
15. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
16. Competence in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
