Expleo is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support one of our leading automotive customers based in Warwickshire on a contract till January 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity supporting the strategic sourcing activity within a world-class engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sourcing activities for local and regional spend.
* Implement applicable global contracts developed by the Strategic Buyer.
* Oversee contract and supplier relationship management for both global and regional agreements.
* Conduct one‑off regional and local sourcing and exceptional order placement when tasks fall outside the scope of the Operational Buying Team.
* Escalate major contractual issues to the Strategic Buyer for resolution.
Skills and Experience:
* Results‑driven mindset with strong tenacity, resilience, and the ability to perform. effectively in complex, high‑pressure environments.
* Degree‑level education or equivalent experience preferred.
* Relevant professional qualifications aligned with the role.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
* Solid understanding of category management principles.
* Experience in global business operations and operational contract management.
* Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
* Experience supporting stakeholder operational needs within the category.
* Demonstrated category expertise with a strong track record.
