Junior Administrator Location: Rochdale Salary: £21-24k per annum (age 18) Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm Our client based in Rochdale is currently seeking an exceptional Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. You would be joining a busy, fun and friendly office environment, where full support and training will be provided. Our client is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, fantastic telephone manner, good level of IT / computer skills and a strong attention to detail. The Role: • Setting up client records using the in-house system • Liaising with customers over the phone, email and sometimes face to face · Speaking to new customers and informing them of the products/services available • General administration tasks to support office function such as managing mailboxes, paperwork, filing and data entry.
