The Role
As a Vehicle Paint Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality paint finishes on a variety of EVs and hybrids, playing a vital role in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards. From surface preparation to final application, your work will directly contribute to our exceptional repair quality.
Key Responsibilities:
14. Prepare vehicle panels: cleaning, sanding, masking for paint
15. Mix and match paints accurately for flawless colour matching
16. Apply paint using spray guns in a controlled booth environment
17. Ensure every job meets strict quality control standards
18. Work closely with the team to meet productivity and quality targets
19. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
About You
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Paint Technician who takes pride in delivering flawless finishes.
You’ll Bring:
20. Proven experience in automotive paint preparation and spraying
21. Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and techniques
22. Ability to work on high-value vehicles with precision and care
23. Excellent attention to detail and a focus on doing the job right
24. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
25. ATA/NVQ qualifications (preferred – we offer support for renewal)
