Senior Client Service Manager Ravensthorpe, Mirfield & Batley, West Yorkshire Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Salary £28,174 to £30,804 per annum Plus, great benefits including Health Cash Plan! Join us as a Senior Client Services Manager, where youll inspire and guide our fantastic teams at Queen Street and Calder House. You'll be at the heart of delivering high-impact, person-centred housing support, and creating a workplace where people love to come to work. You'll be managing supported living services for individuals with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, autism, and learning disabilities across two sites. Youll also take the lead on housing management at our Batley service. This is more than a job, its your opportunity to unleash potential, lift lives, and lead with purpose. Typical day as a Senior Client Service Manager No two days are the same here, but heres a flavour of what youll be doing. Leading, coaching and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional support services, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs. Youll the Safeguarding Lead for the service - your sharp eye keeps our customers safe and supported. Making sure health and safety checks, risk assessments, and records are completed with care and accuracy. Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners. Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service. The understanding of where our customers are in their life and have the passion to advocate for them. Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment. Experience of people management. Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers. To get from A to B, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
