Job Description Summary
We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our Global Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a front line, client focused individual to join a high-profile coverage team.
Global Services is a coverage business within the wider Services & Public Sector team. We're responsible for managing relationships with Large Corporate clients whose turnover exceeds £100m. Our client portfolio includes large corporates and professional services firms, including many high-profile clients.
Your Accountabilities will include:
1. Support client relationships to identify and satisfy client needs, meeting credit and profitability requirements.
2. Review client proposals and support developing further income, recommending and implementing solutions with product partners.
3. Ensure timely and accurate Credit reporting.
4. Manage client interface to resolve enquiries and issues satisfactorily.
5. Prepare and monitor account plans with the Relationship Director to meet profitability and business objectives, balancing income and risk.
6. Lead client-related changes to policies, systems, processes, and practices for operational improvement.
7. Develop a network of internal and external partners to build profile within the Bank and market.
8. Support our goal of being the ‘Best Bank for Customers’ by establishing and maintaining a customer-centric culture throughout the relationship lifecycle.

What we need from you?
1. Previous banking experience with Corporate/Commercial clients or Professional Practices, understanding their challenges and requirements.
2. Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex and simple problems, applying logical thinking.
3. Proactive relationship building with customers, exceeding expectations, and delivering value.
4. Skilled in interaction and negotiation with internal and external customers.
5. Consistently achieving results, prioritizing tasks, and responding quickly to challenges.
