Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) - Brighton & Hove

A leading law firm in Brighton & Hove is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join its well‑established Dispute Resolution department. This position offers the chance to work with a high‑quality national client base and to develop your expertise alongside recognised specialists in the field.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor looking to progress their career within a busy, supportive, and ambitious team. Experience in property litigation and advocacy will be advantageous, though not essential.
The Role
You will:
* Manage their own varied caseload, including intermediate and multi‑track litigation
* Handle a broad general property litigation workload
* Work closely with partners and receive support from experienced paralegals
About You
Candidates will be able to demonstrate:
* Strong academic background
* Proven experience managing a busy caseload
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* Confidence working with clients professionally
* Ability to manage deadlines and work methodically
* Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and case management software
* A proactive, positive mindset and eagerness to develop further
