You will be supported by the senior clinical team including ACPs, trust doctors/consultants, respiratory physiotherapists, and senior pharmacists. There will be daily board round meetings held to discuss the patients cared for on the Virtual Wards.
We will provide the successful candidate with the relevant in-house training and clinical supervision and further education supported by our education department. Previous experience of working in a community setting and/or working autonomously with acute nursing skills is essential for this post.
