Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit 2 Senior Sales Managers to join our team. The role reports to the Sales Director, Upgrades of Nuclear Service Region 2, and is responsible for driving the success of nuclear upgrade sales opportunities across OEM & oOEM Steam Turbines, OEM & oOEM Generators, and Automation & Controls within Region 2.
The Sales Manager will secure profitable upgrade opportunities for our own fleet as well as targeted other-brand equipment. Success requires close collaboration with the Core Service Sales team, Early Engagement team, Commercial Operations (ComOps) team, OTR Service team, and other Arabelle Solutions functions to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
You will be accountable for securing upgrade orders, meeting commitments, and delivering convertible orders across the entire product portfolio in Region 2. This includes developing strategies to win deals, ensuring rigor in Large Deal Solidity Reviews, addressing gaps with the Early Engagement team, exploring partnership opportunities, and presenting winning strategies to leadership. You will also lead deal negotiations and closures, working closely with Commercial Operations and Core Sales leaders.
