Trainee Warranty Administrator

Are you looking to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry? Due to continued growth, AM Phillip Trucktech is seeking a Trainee Warranty Administrator to join our dedicated team at our Head Office near Forfar.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven administrative experience and a desire to learn and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment. While previous warranty experience is not required, candidates must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills and a high level of accuracy in their work. Full training will be provided both on the job and through our franchise manufacturer programs.
About the Role
As part of our experienced warranty team, you'll play a key role in supporting the accurate processing of warranty claims for work carried out across our business group. This trainee position offers a hands-on learning experience where you'll gain valuable insight into manufacturer systems, warranty procedures, and commercial vehicle operations.
Your strong administrative background will help you quickly adapt to the role, and you'll receive full training — both on the job and through our franchise manufacturer programs — to build your confidence and capability in this specialist area.
