They are modernising their business systems and transitioning from legacy platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on aligning enterprise technology to the demands of a complex, multi-functional operational environment.What You'll Be DoingAs ERP Business Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and finance. Your day-to-day will span the full project lifecycle, from process analysis and requirements gathering through to testing support and change management.Engage with business stakeholders to analyse, document, and improve processes across multiple functionsCapture and document business requirements, including as-is and to-be process mappingSupport the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&OTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution designParticipate in workshops with internal teams and third-party implementation partnersSupport testing activities including system testing and user acceptance testingAssist with data validation, defect tracking, and issue resolutionSupport change management, training, and user adoption activitiesProvide support for existing enterprise and production systemsAct as a key liaison between IT, business users, and external partnersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across business systemsYour ImpactThis is a key role within a programme that will shape how the business operates for years to come.
