About the role
We are currently recruiting a Nursery Assistant to support a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis. The post is 15 hours per week and will include producing the necessary paperwork. The timetable is 5 hours a week, 9.30am-2.50pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, all year round. You will be working with a child with ASD.
The Candidate will:
* Have empathy with Children and be sympathetic to their needs
* Demonstrate good communication skills and be able to clarify instructions clearly
* Be professionally discreet and able to respect confidentiality on different issues
* Understand Safeguarding Procedures
