Job Description
* Manage IT procurement activities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT projects within the public sector.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet project requirements.
* Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
* Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
* Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and outcomes.
* Support the Procurement & Supply Chain team in achieving departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project IT Interim Sourcing Manager should have:
* Experience in IT procurement within the public sector.
* A strong understanding of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
* Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
