Thames Valley/Chilterns and London
Own a revenue-generating territory. Launch a new surgical technology. Work in a business built for the long term.
With this role, you’ll inherit an established territory with recurring income and active accounts, while leading the rollout of a new robotic solution into a market. All within a privately owned business that prioritises long-term growth over short-term targets.
Why this role stands out
* Earn from day one: There are contracts in place for existing business which means immediate commission, without needing to build from zero
* Walk into warm demand: A pre-qualified pipeline of surgeons is already in place and ready for trial discussions
* First-mover advantage: You will introduce a new robotic platform into shoulder arthroplasty, one of the fastest-growing areas in orthopaedics, with limited UK competition
* A more sustainable sales role: While you will spend time in theatre with surgeons, the role is less case heavy than traditional orthopaedic implant roles, so you’ll have more time to spend building and converting business.
A culture that’s genuinely different
This is a privately owned, family-run business with over a century of heritage.
That shows up in how people are treated:
* Decisions made for the long term, not quarterly pressure
* Stable leadership, not constant restructuring
* Openness to ideas from across the business
* Real opportunity to shape your own career path
You are not stepping into a rigid structure. You are joining a business where you can contribute, influence, and grow.
