Now is an exciting time to join as we embark on a journey of expansion and innovation within the industry! We are looking to recruit an experienced CPC qualified Driver. Customer Service Drivers are the face of the Company, therefore a desire to deliver extraordinary customer service is a must. Customer Service Drivers must have a CPC license as well as a Digi Card, geographical knowledge is preferable, but not essential. · CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Work closely in partnership with our Customer Service Reception, to ensure that decisions are made to ensure an exceptional customer service is delivered to all our customers. · Collect and deliver vehicles within given time parameters · Drive at all times in a courteous manner and to abide by local speed limits · Understand how to suspend tow automatic and 4 wheel drive vehicles · Be responsible for any monies paid in respect of any insurance policy excess, VAT payments etc, receipt any customer invoices and hand all money to customer service · Do all necessary checks on the recovery trucks including all fluid levels, tyre conditions and pressure.
