What youll be doing
Youll deliver engaging teaching across Level 5 & 7 Leadership & Management and Coaching & Mentoring programmes, helping experienced professionals:
Navigate CQC expectations and regulatory frameworks
Apply leadership strategies aligned with the NHS long-term vision
Develop coaching, mentoring, and reflective leadership skills
Translate theory into real workplace impact
This isnt classroom lecturingits facilitated, experience-led learning grounded in your career.
What were looking for
Senior or middle-senior management experience within the NHS or healthcare sector
Strong understanding of the NHS Long Term Plan and clinical governance
Experience with CQC compliance, audits, or regulatory frameworks
Passion for developing others and sharing best practice
Teaching experience is welcomebut not essential. We value your sector expertise first.
