We pride ourselves on efficiency, reliability, and a stress-free moving experience for our customers.Position Overview:U-Relax is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of local residential and commercial moves. This position requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from trucks.
* Pack and unpack belongings with care to prevent damage during transit.
* Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive moving experience.
* Adhere to U-Relax's safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks and complete moves in a timely manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on and off the trucks.
Qualifications:
* At least 18 years old.
* Valid driver's license is a mandatory requirement.
* Working cell phone.
* Reliable transportation to work.
* Previous experience in professional moving services is preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.
