Role: Quantity Surveyor.
Sector: Groundworks / Concrete.
Location: Watford / London.
Contract Type: OUTSIDE IR35.
Duration: Long term (12 months minimum)
Rate: £300 - £400 OUTSIDE IR35 (Subject to experience)
Overview:
My client is looking for a front facing Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have experience pricing groundworks and/or concrete packages.
Requirements:
-Be Degree qualified.
-Have experience in Groundworks and/or Concrete.
-Be prepared to be split on site and in the office.
