Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking a proactive and motivatedJunior Maintenance Managerto join their team inSittingbourne.
Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a background insprinklers or general fire protection maintenanceto step into a leadership position. The successful applicant willsupport and oversee engineers and admin staff, prepare quotations, liaise with clients, and help manage the day-to-day operation of maintenance contracts and remedial works.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support a team ofmaintenance engineers and administrative staff.
* Prepare and issuequotations for remedial worksandongoing service contracts.
* Attend client meetingswhen required, representing the business in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
* Visit sites and support engineersoccasionally in the fieldto ensure service quality and project delivery.
* Assist with scheduling, tracking, and reporting on active maintenance and service contracts.
* Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety and maintenance regulations.
* Help maintain smooth office operations using software tools and systems.
Requirements
* Experience infire sprinkler systemsor amaintenance background(highly desirable).
* Strongoffice administrationandIT skills, including MS Office.
* Excellent communication and team management abilities.
* Ability to work both in anoffice-basedandsite-basedenvironment.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to learn and grow into a more senior leadership role.
