We are representing a well-established Health & Safety business looking to hire a Site Manager with a HS/CDM focus onto a 2-month project on a site in Swindon. The position entails a 5-day week on-site commitment, with the client acting as the Principal Contractor for a new-build plant. This project is about to commence and will run for a minimum of 2 months, with the opportunity to take on future contracts with the business once finished. Key Responsibilities * Boots on the ground managing contractors on site will be the main role * Assisting with investigations / near misses * Attending morning briefings * Reviewing RAMS (when needed on a case by case) * Carrying out inductions Skills and Experience Required: * NEBOSH General and/or Construction certification * Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
