About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSenior Engineerto join our multi-disciplinary Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Building Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in delivering high-quality engineering design and consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of projects.
You will be responsible for providing expert technical advice, leading discipline-specific design work, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards. The projects are varied, but will be mostly commercial buildings, logistics and industrial sites, and critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand the project appointment, fees, allocated time and scope of work.
2. Have an understanding of project costs and the impact of designs and recommendations on the overall budget.
3. Manage your workload to meet agreed timescales and deliverables.
4. Arrange and attend meetings as required.
5. Communicate proactively and professionally with external project teams and clients, attending meetings in a professional manner.
