* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build multi‑channel sourcing strategies and deliver top‑tier candidates with an emphasis on attracting passive, high quality candidates, directly
* Advise on labour market trends, competitor activity, tech advancements and regulatory changes related to hiring
* Thorough market mapping of talent, competitors, industry and geographies
* Own full cycle
