Job Description

The Automation Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency within our injection moulding operations. Responsible for leading a team of four automation engineers, this role focuses on developing and implementing smart automation solutions that enhance manufacturing performance, reduce costs, and support the production of high-quality cable management solutions.

The role holder would ensure that automation projects are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and meet safety and quality standards. This position combines technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic vision to make a significant impact on our operational excellence and competitiveness in the market.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
* Relevant technical experience in automation, robotics, or PLC programming.


Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in automation within FMCG environment, preferably injection moulding.
2. Proven experience in leading and developing a technical team.
