Job Description
3. Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
5. Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and provide tailored solutions.
6. Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
7. Lead and coordinate teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
8. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
9. Provide detailed reports on project outcomes to senior stakeholders.
10. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
11. This will be overseeing a repairs & maintenance function for a 4mil contract.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Contract Manager should have:
