This person will report to our VP Product Marketing and be responsible for exploring new technology areas for Arm and building a team delivering complete marketing plans across the entire technology area for AI. You will be involved in driving a number of activities within the team and more broadly across the organisation.As a member of the Product Marketing leadership team, you will provide guidance to align business strategies with market opportunities and help develop processes to drive future business planning.This role offers a chance to play a critical part in a technology leader committed to growth and innovation. We seek a creative individual with a technical understanding of hardware and software, combined with marketing skills to help the team shape technical and commercial opportunities into strategic plans.Responsibilities:Explore and define the marketing strategy for Arm's AI technology across all of Arm's businesses.Help craft the product marketing approach for go-to-market planning based on Arm's AI technologies across its compute platform.Build a team to drive AI marketing strategy in collaboration with the Arm marketing team and technology groups.Lead the marketing team's approach to partner engagement across the value chain of SiPs, OEMs, and OSVs.International travel, approximately 5 weeks per year.Required Skills and Experience:Broad understanding of relevant technologies within computing, consumer, and cloud electronics such as semiconductors, AI, software, and security.Experience leading a global team and developing their potential.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Strategic marketing experience with the ability to develop and execute long-term business plans.Experience working with customers and partners worldwide.'Nice to Have' Skills and Experience:University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.In Return:This is a meaningful role at the forefront of AI computing, offering learning opportunities from industry leaders and a chance to influence the future of computing.
