The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and determined to support the lives of children with complex and challenging needs. The Deputy Manager will provide leadership and support to staff teams to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commitment to working with children and young people with complex and challenging high-end behavioural needs.
* Leading and inspiring a staff team, taking responsibility for their training, development, supervisions, and rotas.
* Being a positive role model to the children and young people.
* Delivering the Children’s Standards in the home.
* Providing a safe and supportive environment for the young people.
Essential Experience:
* Level 4 NVQ in Children, Young People, and Family Practitioner (or equivalent) or working towards this.
* Full UK Driving Licence and own car.
* At least 2 years’ experience of working in a Children's Residential home.

* Ability to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required for the role.
