What You’ll Do
As a Nursing Associate with Nurseplus, you'll play a vital role in delivering hands-on, high-quality care that supports individuals’ health and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
Providing clinical support including catheter care, wound care, and monitoring and recording vital signs.
Delivering compassionate care to individuals at the end of life, always ensuring dignity and comfort.
Working closely with Registered Nurses and wider healthcare teams to implement and maintain personalised care plans.
Assisting with the management of long-term conditions and supporting clients in hospice or palliative care settings.
Accurately maintaining care records in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
What We Need From You
A current and unrestricted NMC registration.
At least six months of UK-based paid experience.
The right to work in the UK.
A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
Flexibility to travel as required.
