Or client is a leading ecommerce brand, committed to making healthcare easy to access, and easy to afford. Their mission is to make medication journeys simple. Having launched their service in Ireland, they now want to grow awareness & loyalty without relying purely on traditional advertising channels. They’re investing in high-value online communities from WhatsApp groups and niche forums to TikTok Lives and specialist social networks, where authentic conversations drive trust and referrals. The hire will be the human face of the brand in these spaces: listening, engaging, providing value, and nurturing micro-communities that love and advocate for the service. Youd have the freedom to experiment and the chance to help shape a new marketing channel from the ground up. The role • Join and actively contribute to existing groups (WhatsApp, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook Groups, health forums) • Launch new brand-led or brand-friendly communities • Host and moderate online events, Q&As, and live streams. • Identify trending topics and join discussions with valuable insights. • Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to share credible, compliant information. • Build relationships with key voices in communities. • Identify and empower brand advocates to champion our services organically. • Insights & Feedback • Monitor conversations to uncover customer pain points, product opportunities, and competitor activity. • Feed insights into marketing, product & customer service teams.
