Brierley J are working with a client-side organisation who are looking for a Development Surveyor to join their team.
Their work is a varied mix of commercial development and investment projects; from town centre regeneration involving leisure and retail projects through to working with strategic sites delivering JV’s with investors to realise a sites full potential.
Day to day the role will involve identifying opportunities, undertaking development appraisals, financial modelling, acquisitions and disposals, securing occupiers, coordinating project teams through governance processes, monitoring delivery against programme and contributing to a structured and deliverable development programme, providing market insight, financial analysis and strategic input to strengthen investment decisions and the portfolio’s performance.
The client is looking for someone with two/three years’ experience (post qualification ideally) within commercial property, with some experience in development.
